Introducing FINMAN+

We are proud to announce the launch of the FINMAN+ project, funded by the Erasmus+ program. This initiative brings together a consortium of seven European partners dedicated to addressing the critical need for financial literacy among adults. By fostering innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration, FINMAN+ seeks to equip educators and young adults with the tools and skills they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.

Our Goals and Aims

The FINMAN+ project is driven by a commitment to achieving the following objectives:

  1. Empowering Educators: Equip adult educators with innovative methodologies, tools, and resources to teach financial literacy effectively, ensuring they can adapt to diverse learner needs.
  2. Upskilling Young Adults: Provide personalized training programs that enable young adults to develop financial literacy skills essential for managing their personal and professional lives.
  3. Enhancing Accessibility: Develop inclusive learning pathways to bridge gaps in financial education for disadvantaged groups, ensuring no one is left behind.
  4. Fostering Innovation: Create scenario-based, project-based, and digital learning approaches that make financial literacy engaging, practical, and impactful.

The Challenges We Want to Tackle

Financial literacy is crucial in today’s world, yet many young adults and educators lack access to effective training. Key challenges the project aims to address include:

  • Diverse Needs: Tailoring education to meet the varied needs of learners and educators across Europe.
  • Digital Gaps: Integrating technology into learning while ensuring accessibility for all.
  • Inclusion Barriers: Reaching disadvantaged groups who may lack opportunities for financial education.
  • Sustainability: Developing tools and methodologies that remain relevant and useful beyond the project’s duration.
