FINMAN+ Project’s Impact: Early Results and Feedback
As the FINMAN+ project continues to unfold, we are excited to share some early results and feedback from participants. The project, which aims to enhance financial literacy among young adults, has made significant strides in its mission to empower both learners and educators across Europe. With workshops, webinars, and interactive training materials, we are already seeing positive outcomes in terms of both knowledge retention and practical application.
One of the key successes so far has been the development of scenario-based training content that resonates with participants. These real-life scenarios have proven to be highly effective in engaging learners, providing them with the tools they need to manage their finances confidently. Early feedback from young adults involved in the training has been overwhelmingly positive, with many participants reporting increased confidence in managing their personal finances and understanding key concepts such as budgeting, saving, and investing.
In addition to empowering learners, the FINMAN+ project has also focused on equipping adult educators with the necessary skills and resources to teach financial literacy. Feedback from educators has highlighted the value of the digital financial literacy assessment tool, which provides valuable insights into student progress. As the project moves forward, we are excited to see even greater impact, with plans for more workshops and the continued expansion of our training materials and resources. The early results are encouraging, and we are optimistic about the long-term effects of the FINMAN+ project on financial education in Europe.
