Background
The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Denmark (Danitacom, www.danitacom.org) is a Danish non-profit association of industrial and commercial enterprises (primarily SMEs) professionals and traders who wish to work actively to develop economic relationships in Europe, especially between Italy and Denmark.
Active for more than 10 years, Danitacom is officially recognized by the Italian Government, as a strategic actor for the support in bilateral cooperation and for the assistance to entrepreneurs in their associate. The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Denmark is fully integrated into Assocamerestero network: Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad, that comprises 81 chambers with 140 offices in 54 countries and more than 18.000 businesses as members.
Currently the Chamber has 22 employees. Our Danish-Italian team can provide full commercial and administrative support to members willing to operate between our markets. Our partners are mainly companies and institutions established in Italy or in Denmark that are looking for business opportunities or counterparts in one of these two markets. Our organization can carry on activities and promote projects directly from Denmark through our strong partners’ network and our connection with main public institutions and national associations.
We offer all our support through strategically planned activities and financial/legal advice. We are able to support companies in the development of innovative and technological solutions, specifically with the use of ICT. We offer training and support to companies and managers for the development of best practices, particularly with an eye to innovation practices, promotional activities, business leadership and e-activities. Furthermore, we help with all the necessary translation work and linguistic mediation that can be required in relation to different activities or projects. We always carry out customer satisfaction questionnaire connected to all our projects, according with the policy of our management and the request of the Italian Ministry for Economical Development.
