Falco & Associati SRL
Background
The business was founded in 1971 and for 20 years, the quality of work and commitment have allowed the consolidation of a large and qualified client base that has led the professionals of the then Studio Falco to develop increasingly complex skills.
The first turning point came in 2001 when, by signing a networking agreement with the Milan-based firm Adami&Bonalumi, Falco&Associati acquired an equal shareholding in the management consulting group Eurocrea and significantly expanded the firm’s field of activity with its subsidiary Eurocrea Merchant srl, a specialist in EU project development and finance. In 2003 Studio Falco became a professional association and took the name of Falco&Associati, organized into specialist divisions with the new set-up, the firm’s Finance&Audit division, specializing in ordinary and extraordinary finance and management control consulting.
While, under the leadership of partner Gianluca Coppola, the Eurocrea Merchant srl branch, specialized in in EU education projects, takes on an autonomous structure in the Milan office.
In 2012, the creation and structuring of the Tax&Legal division, with the presence of lawyers specialized in tax law, in the Naples and Milan offices.
Ongoing assistance activities in the administrative, accounting and tax fields are organized in an autonomous division, Accounting&Services, under the leadership of associated Consultants, in the central Hub service in Aversa and in the offices in Naples and Milan.
In 2022, the full integration of the divisions under the Falco&Associati brand takes place, with the change of Eurocrea Merchant’s name to Falco&Associati srl and the synergic integration of the European Projects and EU Financing activities with the firm’s Finance division. The strategic objective is to position the firm as a specialist in the growth and consolidation projects of small and medium-sized enterprises, through an integrated approach to structuring competitive growth, internal information systems and organizational and compliance models to the highest standards required by external stakeholders.
Nowadays our core business is focused on three main lines of expertise:

We work both with companies and training centres, to spread the know-how and competences related to an entrepreneurial mind-set. In recent years, we start implementing projects and local initiatives to spread entrepreneurial education and youth empowerment in schools, not only supporting students to develop sense of initiative, soft skill, financial literacy, but also teachers and school staff. Moreover, part of our team members are specialised in the recognition, validation and transfer of competences, through a correct use of the European transparency tools, such as EQF and ECVET.
